1. Power of Attorney

Employers must provide us with a Power of Attorney authorizing our agency to:

  • Facilitate the recruitment of Nepalese manpower.
  • Manage essential processes like passport issuance, visa applications, and medical check-ups.

The Power of Attorney must be attested by the Nepal Embassy in the country of employment and endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. Consular Letter

A Letter of Authority from the employer is required, addressed to the Consulate General of the respective embassy in Nepal. This letter should confirm that Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is the authorized recruitment agency for:

  • Visa submissions and related matters.
  • Reference details such as visa number and issue date.

3. Visa Advice

Employers must provide a duly attested Visa Advice, with a copy sent to our agency. This document ensures efficient submission and processing at the concerned embassy.

4. Demand Letter

Demand Letter issued by the employer must detail:

  • Job categories and the number of workers required.
  • Monthly salaries (currency specified).
  • Contract duration and worker benefits, including food, medical care, and accommodation (or allowances).
    This document must be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and attested by the Nepal Embassy in the country of employment.

Country-Specific Visa Processing

Saudi Arabia

Visa processing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is unique. Here’s how Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. facilitates the process:

  1. Employers provide an E-wakala and five legally attested documents from the Chamber of Commerce and MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
  2. Candidates are selected through interviews conducted by company representatives or our HR experts.
  3. MOFA numbers for candidates are obtained via the authorized visa portal (www.enjazit.com.sa).
  4. Candidates undergo medical tests at GAMCA Nepal and accredited centers, with results ready in 3 working days.
  5. Final visa endorsements are completed through the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh. (Direct processing in Nepal will be available soon as the Saudi Embassy expands its operations.)
Malaysia

The visa process for Malaysia involves:

  1. Employers issue a Demand Letter, verified by a Notary Public and endorsed by the Nepal Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
  2. Candidate selection is completed via interviews by employer representatives or our HR team.
  3. Key steps include:
    • Bio-metrics registration
    • Visa applications and Calling Visa issuance
    • Taxation and welfare fund formalities
    • Final government approvals, ticketing, and departure arrangements

2. Final Selection

  • Final selection is conducted via direct interviews, practical tests, or virtual interviews (e.g., Skype).
  • Employers may also authorize our agency to perform the final selection on their behalf.

3. Medical Check-Up

  • Only medically fit candidates proceed to the next stage.

4. Documentation

  • We gather and verify all required documents, including:
    • Passports
    • Photographs

5. Visa Applications

6. Department of Labor Approval

  • Candidates are enrolled in the Foreign Employment Insurance Scheme, ensuring coverage of up to NPR 600,000.
  • Final approval from the Department of Labor takes approximately 4 working days.
