Document Requirements for Employers
The following documents, duly attested by the concerned authorities, are required from the employers. Please note that document requirements vary from country to country and may also depend on whether the manpower-importing country has a diplomatic mission in Nepal. In order to avoid unnecessary complications for the workers, we strictly adhere to government provisions for these requirements.

Demand Letter
The Demand Letter should be addressed to Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and must include the following details:- Number of workers required
- Nature of the job with the required category
- Salary, duty hours, food, accommodation facilities
- Overtime, transport, insurance, residence permit, and other benefits
- The Demand Letter must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Power of Attorney
The Power of Attorney is a legal document confirming the employer's authorization for the selection of manpower. This document empowers Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (License No. 911/067/068) to legally send workers abroad. The employer issues this letter, addressed to the Consulate General of the respective embassy, confirming the appointment of Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as the lawful agent authorized to act on behalf of the employer and handle all visa formalities. This letter is particularly applicable for recruitment to countries like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. -
Consular Letter
This letter, issued by the employer, is addressed to the Consulate General of the respective embassy, notifying them of the appointment of Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as the authorized agent. The letter grants permission for the recruitment agency to handle all visa formalities on behalf of the employer. This letter is generally required when the employer issues the original visa, and it is most commonly used for recruitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. -
Employment Contract
The employer is required to provide the employee with an employment agreement, drafted as per the Demand Letter. This agreement should be made on the company’s letterhead, outlining all the terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal. The employment contract must be signed and stamped by both the employer and employee, with a copy provided to Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd.. -
Guarantee Letter
The employing company must provide a guarantee letter confirming that no workers will be transferred to another country without the approval of the competent Nepal Government authorities. -
Inter Party Agreement
The employer must provide a service agreement between the employer company and the recruitment agency in Nepal. This agreement should outline the terms of manpower mobilization for recruitment as specified in the Demand Letter.
