1. Enquiry
We receive enquiries from employers concerning their requirement of workers by email.
2. Screening
We publish advertisements for pre-approval demands from DoFE through valid media channels.
3. Interview
Interviews are conducted by the company's representatives for all selected candidates.
4. Medical Check-up
KSA: All shortlisted workers will be sent to Government Approved Hospital or Clinic for medical examination. After their medical fitness for employment, they will be eligible to sign the employment contract before endorsing their visas in passports.
Malaysia and other countries: Once we receive original visa copies, we require all workers to go for pre-deployment 2nd round of medical check-up. When workers are medically certified to be fit for the job, we process their exit formalities and arrange their departure.
5. Endorsement of Visa
Visa is endorsed through the concerned Embassies after receiving the original visa (in case of block or calling visa such as KSA, Malaysia, etc).
6. Travel Arrangements
Once the complete set of required documents is ready, it is handed over to our Travel Agents for seat reservation on airlines. Employers may send their PTAs to any airline operating from Kathmandu.
7. Visa & Travel Arrangements
Upon receipt of work permit visa or NOC with Airlines confirmation from the host company, exit formalities and travel permission will be obtained in Nepal. The flight itinerary is communicated to the host company to establish the date of arrival in the host country.
8. Orientation
Prior to departure, orientation classes are organized to make workers fully aware of the laws and regulations of the country of employment. Particular emphasis is given to Islamic laws where applicable.
9. Departure of the Workers
After completing all processes and formalities, we inform the employer about the flight details and arrival time. Our office representative accompanies the workers to the International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal.
