Recruitment Process at Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd.

Upon receiving the recruitment permission, Victory Nepal Pvt. Ltd. publishes an advertisement in local newspapers to invite applications from qualified and interested individuals. The applications received through various channels such as email, walk-ins, or online submissions are thoroughly reviewed and scrutinized by our selection committee in accordance with the specific requirements set by the overseas employer.
After this initial review, a shortlist of candidates will be created based on their qualifications and experience. These shortlisted candidates will then be invited for an interview, which will be conducted in the presence of the overseas employer. The aim of this process is to ensure that only the most suitable candidates are selected for the final stage of the recruitment process.

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a pre-interview conducted by our HR Manager. The goal is to select the right candidates who will be prepared for the final interview. The selected candidates from pre-screening are presented for the final interview, conducted by the interviewer representing the company for ultimate selection. The selected applicants will be sent to a qualified clinic for medical and psychological tests to ensure they are fit physically and mentally before joining the company. We provide resumes of relevant candidates with the hiring manager's remarks. After approval and receipt of authenticated documents, the selected candidates are sent for the medical test. We introduce the company’s employment package, benefits, rules and regulations, and the host country’s culture, customs, and traditions. We cover the do’s and don’ts and applicable laws to the candidates. We arrange air tickets for the selected candidates and mobilize them for departure to ensure prompt service.Advertisement
